Temporary exit from the venue is not allowed. Once you leave, re-entry will not be permitted.

Entry is prohibited to anyone under the age of 18.

Security staff may carry out searches of individuals and personal belongings to ensure everyone’s safety, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

The organiser reserves the right of admission. A full list of prohibited items, activities, and further admission conditions are available in the Event Terms & Conditions.

All tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you accept that no changes or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.

The VIP ticket includes access to an exclusive bar and the backstage area. Coexistence and respectful behaviour are key in this space. The organiser reserves the right to revoke access in case of any behaviour that compromises the experience.

You can bring your reusable plastic bottle to the venue in order to fill it with free water points at the venue, and also a reusable plastic cup from this or other event (40cl only) for water points and bar use, the reusable cup bought during the festival will not be refunded.

We have a designated area for guests with reduced mobility. Upon arrival, please visit the ticket office, where a member of our team will direct you to the designated area and provide any assistance you may need. Access is subject to available capacity.
