Groove Armada have consistently and uncompromisingly followed their own musical vision for three decades. Friends since a chance encounter during university, and now one of the UK’s biggest musical exports, their unwavering dedication to producing quality dance music has earned them a revered reputation in the dance music hall of fame.
Cutting their teeth on London’s underground, the duo first gained traction on the underground by hosting their eclectic party Captain Sensual at the Helm of the Groove Armada, while also doing the 90s free rave circuit, playing at Manchester’s Sankey’s Soap, NYC’s since closed down Twilo and many iconic venues in their early years on the scene.
